Since the online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient. Thank you for the report, and for helping us make our documentation better. This was fixed in the documentation sources last Saturday (r321602, http://svn.php.net/viewvc?view=revision&revision=321602). The updated description can be seen at http://docs.php.net/manual/en/function.strpos.php The change will be reflected on other manual mirror sites after this coming Friday. Find the numeric position of the last occurrence of needle in the haystack string.
