Summary: Imagick::getFilename() is NOT a function
-Status: Open
+Status: Bogus
Type: Documentation Problem
Package: imagick
Operating System: Linux
PHP Version: 5.3.9

New Comment:
Both Imagick::getFilename and Imagick::getImageFilename are methods.
The former performs the function of getting the filename of the sequence itself,
while the latter gets the filename of a particular image in a sequence.
This is a subtle but important difference.

Description:
------------
---
From manual page: http://www.php.net/imagick.getfilename
---
SHOULD read:
string Imagick::getImageFilename ( void )
Test script:
---------------
$image-> new Imagick($path);
// current (wrong) documentation
echo $image->getFilename();
// new, CORRECT documentation
echo $image->getImageFilename();
// Please fix this documentation error. Thanks!
