Req #61373 [NEW]: Multibyte handling missing in doc or has changed

From: Operating system: * PHP version: 5.4.0 Package: Documentation problem Bug Type: Feature/Change Request Bug description:Multibyte handling missing in doc or has changed Description: ------------ I think that we miss explanation about the new (or not) multibyte handling in PHP5.4 Examples : "detect_unicode" INI setting has been renamed "zend.detect_unicode" in 5.4. The doc doesn't reflect that. "detect_unicode" is said to be deprecated in doc, but it doesnt seem to be the case as of PHP5.4 "zend.script_encoding" is not documented at all "zend.multibyte"'s doc is incomplete. It doesnt tell what it does, what it is usefull for, and nothing about internal transliteration.
