Log: grammar correction (doc bug #61872)

Description:
------------
---
From manual page: http://www.php.net/function.array-pad#refsect1-function.array-pad-description
---
The last sentence in the general description reads "It is possible to add most 1048576 elements
at a time." It should instead use the phrase "at most," and read "It is possible
to add at most 1048576 elements at a time."
