Doc #62018 [NEW]: CHM Manual(with user notes) without tabs

From: Operating system: Windows PHP version: 5.4.3 Package: Documentation problem Bug Type: Documentation Problem Bug description:CHM Manual(with user notes) without tabs Description: ------------ CHM file "HTML Help file (with user notes)" contains no tabs: "Contents", "Index", "Search", "Favorities", while CHM "HTML Help file" do. It have some purpose or it si bug? It´s hard to search references with notes quickly, if not impossible, because "Find" is not working also.
