Description:
------------
---
From manual page: http://www.php.net/configuration.changes.modes
---
The above manual page describes the modes indicating where different PHP
directives may be set. It talks about php.ini, .htaccess and httpd.conf files,
but fails to mention .user.ini files.
Presumably .user.ini files should be on the list of places under the
PHP_INI_PERDIR mode. But as .user.ini files are new it seems this page has not
been updated to take them into account.
