The entities/missing-ids.xml and entities/missing-entities.ent aren't
actually removed by configure.php before regenerating them - and is
causing errormsg.
Reproduce code:
---------------
bjori@lindsay:~/php/cleandocs$ ls entities/missing-*
entities/missing-entities.ent entities/missing-ids.xml
bjori@lindsay:~/php/cleandocs$ php configure.php
[...]
file-entities.php is done.
rm "/home/bjori/php/cleandocs/entities/"missing*
rm: cannot remove `/home/bjori/php/cleandocs/entities/missing*': No
such file or directory
