Description: ------------ Sorry for my english it's not my mother language. I have spend 1 hour of debugging because your header function on the doc tell us that default charset encoding is UTF-8 (string htmlentities ( string $string [, int $flags = ENT_COMPAT | ENT_HTML401 [, string $encoding = 'UTF-8' [, bool $double_encode = true ]]] )) but in fact the real one is ISO-8859-1 as specified in the encoding section bellow on this page.
