I have just spent 5 hours trying to find the installer, which due to the incompetence of some bozo is not easy to find. Going to the windows binaries page, you open it, and all you see is the binaries for 5.4.7. Where is the installer? IT DOESN'T EXIST. Until you scroll down, you cannot find the installer. And no one who installs at first will select an older version. You always install the latest version. Can't the moron who maintains this page at least put a hint that there is no installer for 5.4.7 on the page?
