Log: Perform a bit of a cleanup of mcrypt parameter descriptions and naming,
including adding some language snippets for commonly reused parameters.
Fixes doc bug #63460 ($mode instead of $module in mcrypt-get-key-size).

Description:
------------
---
From manual page: http://www.php.net/function.mcrypt-get-key-size
---
The doc description lists:
int mcrypt_get_key_size ( string $cipher , string $module )
But I think module should really be mode. As suggested by the explanation:
"mcrypt_get_key_size() is used to get the size of a key of the specified cipher (in combination
with an encryption mode)."
^^^^
And also by the example:
echo mcrypt_get_key_size('tripledes', 'ecb');
Thanks!
