Description: ------------ --- From manual page: http://www.php.net/function.strftime#refsect1-function.strftime- parameters --- Documentation says that %z returns either the abbreviation (e.g., PST) or the offset (-0800), and that %Z will return the other one. But %z and %Z are both giving me the same result, which is neither the abbreviation nor the offset but the full timezone name ('Pacific Standard Time').
