Log: Document bug #63800
CURLOPT_MUTE was removed in cURL 7.15.5
CURLOPT_RETURNTRANSFER can be use to get the same effect

Instead of using CURLOPT_MUTE you can use CURLOPT_RETURNTRANSFER to produce a similar output. Both
of these suppress the output of the command.

Seems that the option was deprecated in libcurl 7.8 and removed in 7.15.5, so
this is a documentation issue
