- The output of './configure --help' gives the syntax to enable it.

Hi,
There is no mention of the "--with-tcadb" option which PHP can be compiled with, adding
the Toky Cabinet support to DBA extension.
Probably be worth adding to the docs for DBA. I spent hours trying to find any info on PHP support
for Tokyo Cabinet but there just isn't any.
