its ok that its still disabled by default, all i wanted are some documentation hints in php.ini
patterns

The fix for this bug has been committed.

Snapshots of the sources are packaged every three hours; this change
will be in the next snapshot. You can grab the snapshot at
http://snaps.php.net/.

I added the ini files BUT it will be still be disabled by default.

They should be added BUT they the opcache should be deactivated by default.

reopened to ask if opcache configuration details are going to be added to php.ini dev and prod
patterns since that was my initial concern.

Use zend_extension= instead of extension= .
