I've got that problem on one NT4 WS and on another one with XP Pro.
The first error message is a JS error telling that document.all.something is
not an object (i can't reproduce this, forgot the name), i've gotten this
msg only once. When opening that page in the debugger i noticed that there
is a js function (openPage?) on the page that references innerHtml of the
div with the user notes.
The second error message I get is the IE DNS error for many pages like other
users mentioned before. However I noticed that all the pages that display
correctly HAVE user notes and the ones that don't display don't.
Maybe innerHtml is not set when an element is empty -> js error?
