Dear Developers,
I am using CHM manuals for a while and have tried sometimes your manual too.
You are correct that there is a strong community of PHP developers using
Windows. The reason I guess is that on Windows platforms all of the IDE and
even some of the versatile Editors like Editplus or Ultraedit outperform the
development cycle greatly compared to the Editors I am using on my Linux or
Solaris box.
One thing I find very frustrating with the CHM files are the missing "pages"
when you use the TOC. This issue really prevents me from using CHM files and
I have to continue using HTML until a later stage.
Other than that, my compliments to the work you do.
Best regards
Christian
