Well, I was unhappy to drop JS4 compatibility, but the only problem
I know of is that we use document.oncontextmenu to trigger the
context menu event, which is only available in IE5. Previously (before
the 8th sample) we used onclick, but that does not work with the
new CTRL+right click context menu feature, so I needed to change it...
BTW it would be nice to make it work under IE4, but I have no test
software to play with, and actually very limited time...
