"\n"; echo 'o1 != o2 : ' . bool2str($o1 != $o2) . "\n"; echo 'o1 === o2 : ' . bool2str($o1 === $o2) . "\n"; echo 'o1 !== o2 : ' . bool2str($o1 !== $o2) . "\n"; } ``` Because it's comparing two object which are already passed by reference the & is unnecessary and potentially confusing.
