contribute to php-documentation

Hi, I'm interested in helping and contributing to the php-documentation. Is there some kind of "how to get started" section or guide that I can read that explains what I have to do to contribute? I could help out on the english documentation and especially on the german-documentation as german is my native language. thanks christoph <http://www.dict.cc/englisch-deutsch/native+language.html>
