Hello!
I'm not sure: Do I have to write this in English (because it's
international)
or German (Because this ist the German Doc list)??
I am a quite new translator here. I wrote something about me in the
PHP-DOC mailing list.
I've translated some DOC pages, online in the edit.php.net interface.
There I've logged in using my Google account.
Now, I saw that I can create a patch...
So, do I have to create a patch, if the page is translated, or is this only
for people with an SVN account? Do I just have to save the pages?
