Request for Permission to Use Documentation

I am currently writing a book on web development. This book will have 18 chapters in total (about 470 pages), PHP being one of them (73 pages). I find your official documentation perfectly written in this regard. With due respect to the original writers, may I use or modify parts of the documentation in my book, for the purpose of education? I will quote your website address as a reference in the chapter.
