Dear Sir/Madam,
I, Mearaj Bhagad, would kindly like to ask you for the permission of
converting PHP Manual downloaded from your site, from chm and xhtml format
into pdf format without making any single change in the document and
uploading it
as torrent file so people like me and others can benefit from it.
I would be greatly obliged.
Thanks to PHP team and it's contributors.
From,
Mearaj Bhagad
