permission to use docs

I need permission to use content in the documentation for commercial purposes (keywords for example, examples possibly) to include in my commercial and non-commercial code. one of the projects is a php to c++ converter (does not use a parser). it's just a simple regex converter, but it has some smarts as to arguments. right now some of the array stuff is converted, and some of the string stuff, and some print stuff, and include/require, header, etc, but it is needing a lot more stuff to make it work well. there is no CGI support, and I am going to try to find a CGI spec to implement for $_GET[] and $_POST[] which would be GET[] and POST[]. the other project is an XML menu generator I have been working on and need to finish. I am close to being done, but there are problems with trees not appearing in functions I have made to extract subtrees and sibilings and such. once I get those functions working, you are welcome to a copy of the functions.
