Livedocs Patch Site

Hi, I've started hacking up a bit of code to provide an web interface for submitting patches for livedocs, which we can use for reviewing patches, etc. I'm going to add a 'voting' feature, an area for Wez, Ilia, etc. to administer patches, etc. Take a look at the alpha version over @ http://www.powertrip.co.za/livedocs/ It was designed using Smarty for the template engine, php and uses a MySQL database for storing all the data related to the patches. I'm going to add a 'download patch' and a few other things a little bit later. I've added two test patches there for the moment, if people want to test the file upload, etc. go ahead.
