Hello Rogerio, those shared templates are rsynced from web-shared into shared/ directory. So you basically need to clone/copy web-shared into web-doc/shared and probably set up your hosts properly to use shared.php.net in local developement. Besides that, it is probably good idea to host this site on domain name similiar do *.php.net (for example doc2.php.net) because web-shared contains some ifs looking for *.php.net If you need further help, let me know.
