PHP documentation in PDF has blank pages

Certain chapters in the PDF version of the PHP documentation are void of content. Chapters 8-9,
15-18, 20-22, and Part VI of the function reference. One of the best things about PHP is it's
extensive documentation and support. Please help me so I and the countless other cube dwellers can
use up a ream of paper printing this thing at work!
