I checked this (with dependency walker) for 4.0.5 from php.net, this is the result: php_curl.dll needs: msvcr70.dll php_ifx.dll needs: isqlt09a.dll Informix php_ingres.dll needs: oiapi.dll Ingres php_oci8.dll needs: oci.dll Oracle php_openssl.dll needs: msvcr70.dll php_oracle.dll needs: ociw32.dll Oracle php_sybase_ct.dll needs: libct.dll, libcs.dll Sybase All other dll´s dont have unsolved dependencies. The databases above had to be installed and would provide the required dll´s (hope so). Stays the question about curl and openssl. In the manual only *nix related installation is outlined, no words what about win-realted systems. fact: openssl and curl don´t work out of the box on windows. hope this helps Friedhelm (win2k Advanced Server, Sp2)
