Are these entities used in the en docs?
Some will be good to be there! Eg:
>+<!ENTITY url.hyperwave_proto
>"http://www.hyperwave.de/7.17-hg-prot">
>+<!ENTITY url.iicm "http://www.iicm.edu/">
>+<!ENTITY url.rfc.editor
>'http://www.rfc-editor.org/'>
>+<!ENTITY url.texinfo "http://www.texinfo.com/">
But some are FR only entities:
>+<!ENTITY url.mysql.docs.fr
>"http://dev.nexen.net/docs/mysql/">
>+<!ENTITY url.nexen "http://www.nexen.net/">
I think you should not put these inside globals.ent as
they are not *globals*. IMHO you should put language dependent
entities to your language-defs.ent (at least I used this
techniques to place hu only entities). It is better to only
keep true global entities in globals.ent and language specific
ones in the languages dir.

This is not showing up for me, so I can't decide, but the entity
name suggest that this is also not an english page, so maybe
not global...
