Hello Jeroen,
I'm not a "cvs-guru", so I don't really know if this is really the reason.
What I meant is: you can "lock" a file in the repository (make it read only),
which might be case here. And yes (AFAIK) this does interfere the repository.
If this is the case here, I assume that only this user himself or the cvs-admin
can "free" it again.
In case I'm worng please correct me, so that I can learn.
