"The CHM uses JavaScript 1.2 features to optimize space, and
display Layer menus. The usual headers and footers are
printed out by JavaScript codes. This saves space, but it
means you need at least Internet Explorer 4.0 to view this
format of the manual. Hope it won't be a problem for our
users. :) The preferences feature will also work with
IE 4 and up."
This is not a problem as HTML-help requires Internet Explorer 4.x or higher
anyway.
