New CHM manual opinions

Hi, I really like the new version, but there are a few things that I find annoying: 1. Hiding the tabs shouldn't resize the whole window, but expand the help text. 2. With the tabs expanded, the help text doesn't wrap, so that whenever possible, there are no horizontal scroll bars on the help text area. Keep up the great work!
