This is sgml in all the files. Modifying it in
one place is Not a Good Idea (TM) IMHO. Either leave
it as SGML, or start discussion about modifying it
to be XML. There were some reasons to put sgml
here... I am not using vim, so I don't now what was
exactly the reason.
