I'm not so good with english... but that's it:
md5_file
(PHP 4 >= 4.2.0)
md5_file -- Calculate the md5 hash of given filename
Description
string md5_file(string filename)
Calculates the MD5 hash of file using the RSA Data Security, and returns that
hash. This function has the same purpose of command line utility md5sum.
