Logically this should be the opposite, IMHO. Microsoft
may talk about "migrating PHP-base applocations to ASP under Windows",
and not "migrating ASP-base applocations to PHP under Windows".
Why Microsoft would say you: hey migrate from ASP to PHP ;)
