The intention with these email fields was to provide
a primary personal contact for translators without
CVS accounts, and __secondary__ contacts for translators
with CVS accounts. Providing the cvs email address
is just a duplication of info. Pepole already know, that
is they have a CVS acc, they have an accname@php.net
mail address...
