Each function now has it's own file in the functions subdirectory of
the reference chapter it belongs to. New or newly translated functions
are just added here, configure will take care of generating and including
the needed references. As a positive side effect functions are now
always listed in alphabetical order in the function lists.
Is it possible to run revcheck.php ASAP? This would be nice to start
with.
