That is the problem ... I do not get any errors, not when I generate the
manual, not when I run make test. But, the manual generated is in english
except the chapter about "Instalation", this is the problem ;-)

PD.- entities/chapters.ent looks good, I think. The problem again is that
all entities (except the one about Instalation) has a reference to
phpdoc-es/en/ and not phpdoc-es/es so the manual generated is in english.
