Need help - what to do with install.xml

Hei We are working in the translation to spanish and updating the manual to PHP 4. The install.xml file we have in the actual manual is from PHP 3 and it has not been updated for a long time. I can see that you are working in a new organization of this chapter and that the files install.x should not be translated. Should we wait to translate these files? It is a little strange to update the manual to PHP 4 and that a central chapter like this still talks about PHP 3. Another question .... How often is generated the spanish version at php.net?
