It seems like splitting up every language to their own list is what people are wanting, not seperate cvs commits and discussions.
How about doing the same like we did in CVS?
What I mean is:
Having a list like phpdoc-de but getting mails
for the english original files too.
This is pretty much the same like checking out phpdoc-de/:
You'll get the original english files plus the files of you language.
