Well, in the HTML files of PHPDOC except HOWTO I made, those snippets are
exactly displayed in Chinese, but some of them are not accurate and if I can
make any changes on them?
And another question, can the build system add a line in those HTML files
to link a external CSS style sheet so that we can control the styles in the
HTML files, as Chinese Gramma needs 2ex indent for each paragraph and the
default font of main text are to be set to 'Times New Roman'.
