Sounds good.
I'll inform the "others", then remove &reference.icap.reference; from
manual.xml.in and the docs could be removed. Any problem for the
builds?

BTW.: to inform the other xx-languages about the removal, is there a catch-all mail
adress, or do I have to address all phpdoc-xx lists?
