We do not distribute manuals with different contents for different formats
(excluding the new CHM manual which has a CHM specific part of it's ow).
The reason for this is the only way we can present users with consistent
content whatever version they use of the manual. BTW the CHM is the only
one place, where this "Alphabetical Function List" *may* be useless, but
I need to point out, that the Index tab contains much more than functions,
so a distinct function index may be good too (for programmed access for
example).
