Yes, I've got a CHM file in Chinese, with some limitations.
First, there's no "zh" index in array $LANGUAGES in file "make_chm.php".
So
I have to use "en" as PHP_HELP_COMPILE_LANG. It works and generate a
php_manual_en.chm - with Chinese character inside.
However, the Chinese characters on the left-side bar can't display
correctly. The main body of CHM manual displayed correctly in Chinese as
what I expected.
I'll try to work it out. Could you add an "zh" index in array $LANGUAGES
for Chinese? Many thanks!
