Hi,
Added some info to the iconv-functions.
One question befor I commit: The proto of iconv-get-encoding says that
the parameter type is optional (also in the source definition).
This seems to be wrong.
Could someone verify?

Throws a warning about Wrong parameter count...
(windows 4.2.3)
Just a documentation problem or is it worth for a bug report?
