Yes. As usual, the configure is not run form the phpdoc checkout dir on the generator machine. What getcwd() returns, is the PHP scripts directory, AFAIK, as PHP set the current directory to be the script's directory (there may be a setting for it?). Thus the value returned by getcwd() and the value in @WORKDIR@ are quite different. This is why I have implemented some workarounds in that preg replace thing... How you get into that directory where pwd returns a string not conformant to cygwin standard (/cygdrive/c/dir)? Goba
