See the example source code in the XML file. If it's in <![CDATA[ ]]>, then
it should be =& in the code (no XML entity used!). If it's not in
![CDATA[ ]]>
then it should be =& (as & need to be escaped). This is probably &
inside a <![CDATA[ ]]>, and this causes the problem...
