Problem on the build of Chinese Manual

The Chinese Translation of Manual haven't been built for weeks and there's even no built log, but there seemed no problem when we run 'make test' locally. If you type: http://www.php.net/manual/zh/ (there is a '/' at the end if URL) you weill get: Sorry, no documents matched your search for "manual/zh/".
