Hmm, IMHO it would be "technical" difficult as there are crosslinks to the
manual. Could be solved indeed, but IMHO it would make much more sense to
clean up the existing manul:
- removal of outdated extensions
- moving parts to PECL, the extions in question
- restructering (see manual.xml in RFC)
- spiliiting in devekopers and user manual (or whatever names we would choose)
