Yep.

Not sure what you mean but I guess? If you want a link,
use a link, if you want literal, use literal.
I tend to 'play it by ear' as it's not very pretty to have
10 links to a topic (such as register_globals) on one page
so I tend to limit one link per topic per section/page.
