Bug description: Different examples in German and English documentation ... German version works
Hello,
I found a difference in German and English Documentation of function
fsockopen().
The first Example in german version says:
$fp = fsockopen ("www.example.com", 80, &$errno, &$errstr, 30);
and this works fine ...
The first Example in englisch version says:
$fp = fsockopen ("www.example.com", 80, $errno, $errstr, 30);
and this seem not to work in every case ...
(Difference: $errno and $errstr are passed with by ref operator in german
version)
